WSAS sport and academic services have specialized in helping rewarding (merit basis) young South Africans further their tertiary education on a scholarship basis in various countries around the world. The main opportunities lie in the United States of America where there are over 5000 universities, senior colleges and junior colleges.

Representing a university or college on a scholarship is an efficient way to fund the cost of earning an international undergraduate degree. Award amounts vary, and can range from a partial scholarship to a full scholarship which would consist of tuition, fees, room, board and use of textbooks.

Types of scholarships available for both Males and Females:

  • Academic (undergraduate and post graduate)
  • Sport
  • Art
  • Music
  • Drama
  • Leadership
  • Religious Affiliation

It is important to note that an individual does not attend a university solely to play sport for example, they are there to earn a degree.

Grade 10, 11 and 12 applicants are the most suitable to start the application process although we do consider applicants who have completed there schooling. Post Graduate scholarships are also available and candidates should contact WSAS for further information.

Interested applicants should complete an assessment form and email or fax to WSAS.
