She is deeply dedicated to youth development and brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. Kathryn has played a key role in the creation of marketing materials and the development of the WSAS website & Client Management System App.

Tracey’s role involves visiting schools, meeting students and their families, and conducting personalized placement meetings to chart a clear path for each student’s academic future. She works diligently to match students with the ideal program and institution, ensuring they are set up for success.
In addition to her hands-on work with families, Tracey collaborates closely with admissions offices from top universities around the globe, tracking each student’s progress and advocating for their best interests.

She earned two degrees in teaching and education, and even gained experience as a teacher and coach before returning to South Africa.

As a qualified educational psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, Emma has dedicated her career to guiding students through critical academic and career decisions. She specializes in career assessments, psycho-educational evaluations, and personalized career guidance, equipping students with the tools they need to achieve their dreams.
Emma’s extensive teaching background, spanning both private and public schools, combined with her counseling expertise, ensures she understands the unique challenges faced by students at every stage of their journey. With a passion for empowering young minds, Emma is committed to helping each student uncover their potential and align their ambitions with achievable pathways.
Beyond her professional achievements, Emma’s interests in reading, photography, and writing reflect her creative approach to problem-solving and her deep connection with learning. Possessing exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills, Likotsi has successfully collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including learners, students, teachers, principals, parents, academics, senior management, and board members. Noteworthy career highlights include serving as a Freelance Producer and Writer at Dzuguda Digital, managing learner discipline as Head of Discipline at Royal Schools Sky City, and overseeing school management as Principal at Bophelo-Impilo Community School.
Likotsi has also excelled in roles such as a Student Recruitment Consultant at the University of South Africa, and Producer at Dzuguda Digital.
With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor of Education with Honours, Likotsi brings a valuable skill set encompassing planning, communication, leadership, and adaptability to the WSAS Team..

Diina Shituula
Business Development Manager - Namibia Office

Diina Shituula is a seasoned professional with a global footprint in project management, infrastructure development and education. Holding an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS) and PMP® certification, Diina brings strategic insight and operational excellence to her role as Business Development Manager for WSAS in Namibia.
Her career spans over 20 years across Namibia, South Africa, Germany, and the UAE, where she has led high-value projects in construction, property development and facilities management.
Diina has held senior roles at various organizations spanning over multiple industries, overseeing multimillion-dollar infrastructure and property portfolios to mention a few. She also served as a curriculum developer and lecturer through a partnership with an international University, showcasing her commitment to education and capacity building.
In addition to her corporate and academic achievements, Diina has been deeply involved in football development across Southern Africa. She served on the FIFA Normalization Committee for Namibia and is currently an infrastructure consultant for CAF, contributing to school and stadium projects across the continent. Her technical expertise and passion for sports have positioned her as a trusted advisor in football infrastructure and tournament support, including work with COSAFA.
This unique blend of academic, professional, and sports leadership enables Diina to champion WSAS’s mission of connecting Namibian students with life-changing academic, cultural and sports scholarships. Her deep understanding of sports development and international networks makes her especially effective in identifying and supporting talented athletes seeking global opportunities.

Mirriam Chiromo

Mirriam recently joined the WSAS team, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in administration and business development, and a deep passion for working with young people. Although she holds a BCom in Business Management (Marketing), her most rewarding professional shift came eight years ago when she began working directly with students. It felt instantly like home and confirmed that this was her true calling.
Her passion for education runs in the family—her late father was an educator for over 50 years and inspired her to pursue work that makes a lasting impact. Since then, Mirriam has dedicated herself to guiding students, supporting parents, and collaborating with educators to help students reach their full potential.
Known for her warm communication style, Mirriam places great importance on truly listening to students and building strong, lasting relationships. Many of her former students still stay in touch long after graduating, a testament to the trust and connection she fosters.
Now at WSAS, Mirriam is excited to continue shaping young lives and upholding the organisation’s commitment to excellence in international education and scholarship placement.
